During shaping, sawing, or polishing, CVD diamonds naturally develop internal stress. Our specialized Tension Removal Process (TRP) reduces these stresses, ensuring long-lasting strength and brilliance. By carefully treating the diamond, we minimize micro-damages and enhance clarity, making every stone more durable and radiant.
HPHT Treatment (For CVD & Natural Diamonds)
The HPHT process recreates the natural environment where diamonds were formed millions of years ago – with extreme heat and pressure.
For CVD Diamonds, this process removes unwanted brownish tones and upgrades colour by 2–3 grades.
For Natural Diamonds, HPHT can either whiten slightly tinted stones or enrich fancy colours like pink, yellow, or blue.
This enhancement is permanent, unlocking the full beauty of each diamond.
The CVD Method
The Chemical Vapor Deposition (CVD) method is one of the most advanced techniques to grow gem-quality diamonds. A tiny diamond seed is placed inside a vacuum chamber filled with carbon-rich gases. At high temperature, carbon atoms settle layer by layer, creating a pure diamond crystal.
CVD diamonds are usually Type IIa – the rarest and most chemically pure diamonds in nature. This makes them highly desirable for both jewelry and high-tech applications.
